We are looking for a highly organised and professional individual to provide high-level support to the Resort Senior Leadership Team, acting as the main point of contact for the Resort Director and General Manager. Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level support to the Resort Senior Leadership Team
Act as the main point of contact for the Resort Director and General Manager
Manage all correspondence, diaries and schedules
Coordinate meetings and events
Maintain the annual calendar
Deliver comprehensive administrative support including reports and presentations
Build strong relationships across Resort and Hemel Support teams
Provide excellent service to guests and visitors
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
Support WILO routines
Oversee rosters and annual leave processes
Monitor incidents and escalations
Maintain office operations and supplies
Complete project work as directed
Requirements:
Experienced PA with a creative background
Highly organised, adaptable and professional
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Confident using Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Strong word-processing and computer skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Discreet and trustworthy
Comfortable managing a demanding workload
Consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
