We are looking for a highly organised and professional individual to provide high-level support to the Resort Senior Leadership Team, acting as the main point of contact for the Resort Director and General Manager. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level support to the Resort Senior Leadership Team
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Resort Director and General Manager
  • Manage all correspondence, diaries and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Maintain the annual calendar
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support including reports and presentations
  • Build strong relationships across Resort and Hemel Support teams
  • Provide excellent service to guests and visitors
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Support WILO routines
  • Oversee rosters and annual leave processes
  • Monitor incidents and escalations
  • Maintain office operations and supplies
  • Complete project work as directed
