Resort Services Runner

• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of exterior grills to ensure they are sanitary and guest-ready
• Responsible for the regular cleaning and sanitization of exterior trash bins across the site
• Conduct frequent exterior walks to identify and remove loose debris or litter from the grounds
• Monitor the condition of sidewalks and driveways, ensuring they are free of stains and debris
• Facilitate and perform pressure washing for sidewalks, driveways, and entryways as identified during inspections
• Assist the broader maintenance team with simple, miscellaneous tasks and minor technical tickets as assigned
• Notify the Maintenance Field Lead or Manager of any larger maintenance issues or safety hazards discovered during daily rounds
• Use Breezeway to log completed tasks, upload photos of cleaned areas, and track daily progress

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or general maintenance is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Ability to carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
• Active driver's license is required

Previous experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or general maintenance is a plus
