Job Responsibility

Controlling access to resort and venues
Confirming rights to access different parts of the resort
Picking up mobile duties on the Resort, including driving tasks
Helping guests with enquiries demonstrating a problem-solving attitude
Patrolling the resort and venues occasionally to ensure safety
Carrying out intermittent checks on outgoing vehicles
Reporting irregularities and incidents and completing the relevant reports

Job Responsibility

Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders to address immediate security concerns and operational issues
Oversee the proper issuance, handling, and accountability of all security equipment
Conduct shift briefings, assign personnel to posts, and ensure thorough handovers between shifts
Ensure all incident reports and activity logs are completed accurately and submitted within required timelines
Verify proper documentation and registration of equipment issuance and incident entries
Review the Activities Register and arrange appropriate security support for scheduled events and guest activities
Lead and supervise investigations of all security‑related incidents, ensuring proper documentation, analysis, and corrective action
Liaise with external authorities and government agencies as required
