Job Description:

As Resort Safety Shift Manager you will be directly leading a team of Resort Safety (Security) Team Members for a large, complex holiday destination.

Job Responsibility:

  • Directly lead a team of Resort Safety (Security) Team Members
  • Carry out tasks on shift to ensure team allocation is complete for maximum positive impact on guest experience
  • Build and develop a positive relationship with guests
  • Support team members during shift to ensure workload is manageable
  • Feed back to Resort Safety Managers on areas of improvement
  • Review guest feedback to understand areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Hold an in-date valid SIA (Door Supervision) License
  • Hold a full driving license (required to drive company vehicles around resort)
  • Knowledge of working in the private security industry
  • Previous experience in leading teams within a busy security or safety environment
  • Ability to lead, motivate and engage a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
  • Confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards
