Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional role model to assist in managing the day to day operation of approx. 40 team members, You will be responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out effectively and professionally whilst maintaining high levels of communication between all team and Managers across the resort. Reporting to the Resort Safety Assistant Manager and ensuring the delivery of a safe and secure environment for both our guests and team whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the wider team to ensure a high standard of guest and team care that will be delivered across the resort.

Requirements

  • SIA Door Supervisor License (Or equivalent)
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven Leadership experience in Security

Nice to have

  • Level 3 First Aid at Work
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in holiday parks, resorts or high-volume venues
  • Level 3 Security First Line Manager qualification
