Job Responsibility

Deal with a wide range of challenges combining customer service skills with security knowledge
Ensure guests feel safe and secure throughout their stay
Carry out regular patrols of the Resort
Welcome guests on Mondays and Fridays to the Resort providing the best possible first two hours experience
Maintain access control of the three Resort entrances with a customer focused approach
Carry out first aid assistance to team and guests
Work in accordance to Butlin's, SIA and local licensing laws when working in licensed venues
