Job Description

As a Resort Safety SIA team member you will need to deal with a wide range of challenges which will require you to combine your customer service skills with your security knowledge. You will need to ensure that our guests feel safe and secure throughout their stay at Butlin's.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out regular patrols of the Resort
  • Welcome guests on Mondays and Fridays
  • Maintain access control of three Resort entrances
  • Carry out first aid assistance to team and guests
  • Work in accordance to Butlin's, SIA and local licensing laws in licensed venues
  • Ensure guests feel safe and secure

Requirements

  • SIA Door Supervisor licence
  • Previous experience in a similar security-related role
  • Hands on approach to work
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Positive ‘people person’ attitude
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Confident to work on own initiative
  • Good communication
  • Fair approach to problem solving
