We are looking for a passionate Resort Mixologist who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Assistant Director and Director of Food & Beverage.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, organize and control all aspects pertaining to Beverage purchases, sales and consumption at the resort
Requirements:
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required
One to two years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage
Expertise in advanced mixology techniques, including infusion, fat-washing, clarification, and molecular methods
Strong knowledge of global cocktail trends and ability to create innovative, seasonal beverage menus
Understanding of premium spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and non-alcoholic alternatives
Ability to design and execute beverage pairings for food menus
Skilled in guest engagement and storytelling around cocktails and ingredients
Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and maintaining high standards of presentation
Familiarity with bar technology and POS systems
Excellent communication and training skills for team development
