Job Description

Proven operator with experience in a high-performing property and/or resort destination experience. Values-driven leader who ‘starts with the heart’ and understands the importance of “Pura Vida” for both employees and guests. Effective at leading a large team, including seasonal team members, in a high-volume environment whilst driving quality. Experience with large capital project management. Proven results in guest experience, driving quality and innovation in a Forbes 5-Star environment. Hands-on ability to coach junior leaders to achieve goals in people, product and profit. Adept at supporting the GM with strategic responsiveness and critical thinking. Comfort working within an environment with multiple stakeholders and constantly evolving objectives. Ability to actively build relationships within the Peninsula among homeowner/ members and ownership entities.
