Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Proven record of Service KPIs achievement
  • Strong sense of style and adaptability to our key feeder markets
  • Understanding of Mexican labor laws or ability to learn and enact
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Individual with high energy and charismatic personality who will bring extensive knowledge, creativity and flair to the hotel operations
  • Qualified candidates should be an existing Resort Manager
  • Previous Resort experience is a plus given the property's unique location and business mix
  • Strong ability to network and leverage relationships within the community
  • Ability to develop career growth opportunities while driving operational excellence through divisional and department head performance
  • Motivated by delivering exceptional experiences in a market with considerable competitive supply growth
  • A hands-on approach will be vital to engage employees, guests and residents
  • Project management and construction experience is advantageous to navigate short and long-term operational project initiatives
  • Spanish language preferred
  • Emotionally intelligent leader able to connect with staff at all levels is essential to attracting and retaining talent
  • Proactive influencer of future direction of business and vision of the resort
  • Demonstrates a commitment to DIB efforts, effectively listening for understanding and enhancing the culture
  • Ability to teach, coach, mentor and inspire a team, many of whom have limited exposure to a global work environment and are new to Four Seasons
  • Creative leadership with interest in developing a modern workplace including considerations such as wellness, life balance and flexibility which are important given the remote location of the resort
  • Build strong relationships with return guests, Elite guests, VIP's and residents
  • Passion for product and service innovation is necessary to meet performance targets
  • Ability to connect with a younger demographic (Millennials and GenZ’s), including successful tech leaders and entrepreneurs
  • Strong business acumen is essential for developing trust and support from ownership
  • Creativity to identify and deliver on new revenue opportunities
