Requirements
Strong and diverse Resort operational background
Prior Resort experience a must, and living and working in remote destination preferred
Strong Food & Beverage and Gastronomic background is essential
Demonstrated hands-on operational approach with strong technical know-how
Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote location
Fluent in Spanish (mandatory)
strong knowledge of Mexico is highly appreciated
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline
Developed cultural and emotional intelligence to work with a top-tier Mexican ownership structure with high expectations of quality, elegance, and discretion
Strong owner relations and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional personal presence with staff, guests and all multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to adapt knowledge, practice, and leadership style across national and international markets
