The Opportunity: We are now seeking a Resort General Manager to lead operations at our stunning Club Wyndham Mission Beach property. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a resort, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences in one of North Queensland’s most sought-after coastal destinations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead all day-to-day resort operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Drive guest satisfaction and consistently deliver exceptional owner and guest experiences
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
  • Partner with corporate teams to implement business initiatives and improvements
  • Maintain strong relationships with Body Corporate, owners, and local stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall resort performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel or resort management
