At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, the Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting the daily operations of the Front Office and ensuring service standards reflect the brand’s luxury positioning. This role is essential in leading the front desk team, optimizing guest satisfaction, and maintaining seamless coordination between departments to uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front Office departments, to ensure a seamless guest experience
Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver personalized, high-quality service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
Monitor arrivals, departures, and room allocations to optimize occupancy and guest flow
Ensure all front office procedures, policies, and standards are consistently followed
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to maintain smooth operations
Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of team members
Analyze guest feedback and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain accurate records, reports, and billing processes in line with company policies
Act as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring the overall operation of the resort runs efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Front Office or Rooms Division leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort
Strong knowledge of front office operations, systems, and guest service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to coaching, motivating, and developing teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluency in English
