Resort Accounts Controller

• Set up the sales database at the start of the season and maintain it throughout
• Assist with the training of resort staff on accounts processes
• Manage accounting data and card payments from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams
• Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances and assist the accounts processing team with reconciling invoices for payment
• Assist with credit card payment issues
• Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently
