Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Resolutions Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced housing service in West London.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Dispute Resolution and Complaints teams
  • Assist in managing and tracking resident complaints relating to repairs and housing issues
  • Liaise with internal caseworkers to support complaint investigations and resolutions
  • Communicate with contractors and residents to help achieve positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and update housing systems
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and case documentation
  • Ensure deadlines and service standards are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous administrative experience within housing, complaints, or repairs environments (desirable)
  • Experience using housing management systems (advantageous)
