We are seeking a Resolution Specialist who follows efficiently mobile and fixed complaints of the customers within the time foreseen in the procedure. Managing customer complaints with the final goal of achieving an excellent service and customer experience with Vodafone

Job Responsibility:

  • Follow up and deliver resolution on customer complaints
  • Achievement of KPIs and compliance with related procedures
  • Deliver a proactive investigation with the aim to improve customer experience
  • Improve and simplify customer facing processes aiming to deliver the best customer experience
  • Deliver the best communication with the customer
