We are seeking a Resolution Specialist who follows efficiently mobile and fixed complaints of the customers within the time foreseen in the procedure. Managing customer complaints with the final goal of achieving an excellent service and customer experience with Vodafone
Job Responsibility:
Follow up and deliver resolution on customer complaints
Achievement of KPIs and compliance with related procedures
Deliver a proactive investigation with the aim to improve customer experience
Improve and simplify customer facing processes aiming to deliver the best customer experience
Deliver the best communication with the customer
Responsible to follow customer complaints end to end till the issue is resolved
Maximum accuracy on reimbursement application on customer profile. 0 error rate
Collaborate with other teams having in focus the improvement of customer experience
Requirements:
Understanding of the internal operations of the Company
Customer focus and orientation and preferred experience in customer related roles
Knowledge on company products and services
Analytical thinking and willing to embrace changes in flow and processes
