Job Description:

The job focuses on delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and creating convenient solutions for customers remotely, all while contributing to the IKEA purpose of creating a better everyday life.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering excellent experiences to remote customers
maximizing customer satisfaction by providing solutions with empathy
providing qualitative customer support across remote channels, including live video calls
offering convenient and customer-centric solutions
utilizing conflict management techniques to ensure smooth interactions
prioritizing customer experience while considering cost consciousness
contributing to personal and team goals
staying updated on IKEA products and services to support sales
providing feedback on data improvement needs
capturing and sharing customer insights to improve experiences.

Requirements:

ability to adapt communication depending on channel.
