Job Description

The Resiliency Coordinator supports daily operations within the Enterprise Resiliency function for a high profile customer. The Resiliency Coordinator leads 24/7 threat and risk monitoring, develops situational awareness reports for senior leaders, and facilities coordinated responses to disruptive events affecting the client operations, customers, and communities.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain 24/7 global threat monitoring to ensure continuous readiness and rapid response to emerging risks
  • Provide real-time situational awareness and briefings to key stakeholders on developing threats and risk events
  • Identify vulnerabilities and operational single points of failure to safeguard critical business functions
  • Develop and refine threat monitoring and incident response strategies to align with the evolving threat landscape and enterprise operations
  • Assess and coordinate emergency responses in collaboration with business leaders and external response partners
  • Initiate timely protective measures to mitigate threats and minimize operational impact
  • Maintain clear communication protocols, information sharing practices, and reporting, including program metrics and KPIs

Requirements

  • Must possess one or more of the following: Associate's degree in emergency management, risk mitigation, criminal justice, or related field of study
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in emergency response coordination/management
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Emergency management or operations center
  • coordinating emergency or critical events, conducting threat monitoring and analysis, and delivering incident briefings to business leaders and response teams
  • Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in threat analysis and assessment
  • Crisis management and business continuity skills
  • able to identify critical issues quickly and propose steps to mitigate risk
  • Incident coordination and project management skills
  • Intelligence analysis skills
  • able to research, sort, and compile information into informative and actionable documents
