Job Description:

Due to our growing market share and position as the largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services, SDL Surveying is looking to expand its team of Residential Surveyors. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and long-term success for both our clients and employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys
  • utilising market-leading iPad technology
  • ensuring reports are delivered on time and meet the highest standards
  • acting as an ambassador when visiting properties

  • RICS accredited
  • detail-oriented
  • experienced
  • ability to manage workload
  • adapt to changing business needs
  • ability to introduce new inspection techniques
  • ability to foster and maintain strong relationships
