Job Description:

Due to our growing market share and position as the largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services, SDL Surveying is looking to expand its team of Residential Surveyors. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and long-term success for both our clients and employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys
  • Utilise market-leading iPad technology
  • Manage workload to deliver reports on time
  • Adapt to changing business needs and introduce new inspection techniques
  • Act as an ambassador when visiting properties and foster strong relationships with residents

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited
  • detail-oriented
  • experienced in residential surveying
  • ability to provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys
  • ability to utilise market-leading iPad technology
  • ability to manage workload and deliver reports on time
  • ability to adapt to changing business needs and introduce new inspection techniques
  • ability to act as an ambassador and foster strong relationships with residents
