Job Description:

Due to our growing market share and position as the largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services, SDL Surveying is looking to expand its team of Residential Surveyors. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and long-term success for both our clients and employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys
  • utilise market-leading iPad technology
  • ensure reports are delivered on time and meet the highest standards
  • introduce new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery
  • act as an ambassador when visiting properties

Requirements:

  • RICS accreditation
  • experience in residential surveying
  • detail-oriented
  • ability to manage workload autonomously
  • ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • ability to maintain professionalism
  • ability to foster and maintain strong relationships
