Job Description:

Due to our growing market share and position as the largest independent provider of mortgage valuation and residential surveying services, SDL Surveying is looking to expand its team of Residential Surveyors. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and long-term success for both our clients and employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys
  • Utilise market-leading iPad technology
  • Manage workload to ensure reports are delivered on time and meet high standards
  • Adapt to changing business needs and introduce new inspection techniques
  • Act as an ambassador when visiting properties
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with residents

Requirements:

  • RICS accreditation
  • Experience as a Residential Surveyor
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage workload and deliver reports on time
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and new inspection techniques
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships
