Children's Residential Support Worker Shropshire & Surrounding areas Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as ad hoc temporary Children's Residential Support Workers. Job Responsibility

Providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment for children and young people
Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, homework, and recreational activities
Supporting the emotional and social development of residents
Engaging in activities that promote well-being and positive behaviour
Working collaboratively with permanent staff members and other professionals
Maintaining clear and accurate records

Requirements

A minimum of 6 months UK experience within a children's residential setting
DBS on the update service
Driving Licence
