At Oaklea Grange, we’re passionate about creating a nurturing, empowering environment where children and young people can truly thrive. Our ambition is simple yet powerful: to ensure every young person in our care receives the personalised support, therapeutic guidance, and the learning opportunities they need to achieve their very best. Nestled near Wrexham in beautiful North Wales, Oaklea Grange is home to up to seven residents aged 11–18. We proudly support young people with a range of needs, including diagnosed mental health conditions, autism, and learning difficulties. Everything we do is centred around making a positive, lasting difference—celebrating strengths, building resilience, and helping each young person move confidently toward a brighter future.
