Residential support worker

You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include: Being a positive, grounding influence for young people; Building meaningful relationships based on trust; Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement; Championing safeguarding and positive practice; Working as part of a supportive, reflective team. You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
