Residential Support Worker

For children in residential care who have experienced trauma, a dedicated Support Worker isn't just a staff member-they are a beacon of stability, a mentor, and a crucial pillar of support. We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and experienced Residential Support Workers to join our teams across the North East and Cumbria. In this role, you will be supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and managing some challenging behaviours, helping them navigate their daily lives and build brighter futures.
