Every child deserves a safe, supportive environment to grow, heal, and thrive. For children in residential care who have experienced trauma, a dedicated Support Worker isn't just a staff member-they are a beacon of stability, a mentor, and a crucial pillar of support. We are seeking compassionate, resilient, and experienced Residential Support Workers to join our teams across the North East and Cumbria. In this role, you will be supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and managing some challenging behaviours, helping them navigate their daily lives and build brighter futures. Why Your Role Matters: Healing Trauma: You will provide the consistent, trauma-informed care these children need to feel safe and understood. Building Resilience: Your presence helps children manage emotional challenges and develop positive behavioral patterns. Creating Community: You will help maintain a warm, structured, and nurturing home environment.
