RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER (DRIVERS REQUIRED) Contract: Zero Hours / Agency Pay Rate: £12.71 - £17.00 per hour (PAYE) Holiday pay is paid separately and is NOT included in your hourly rate. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting a variety of services across the region. We work with a diverse range of clients, including: Adults with learning disabilities Individuals with physical disabilities Mental health services Homelessness and hostel services Children and young people Elderly care settings As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. This may involve providing emotional support, practical assistance, and personal care, depending on the needs of the service. A significant portion of our work is within supported living and residential services for adults with learning and physical disabilities. You will support individuals with daily living tasks, developing life skills, maintaining their homes, and engaging in their local communities. You may also support service users with: Community activities and social outings Cinema trips and day excursions Shopping and meal preparation Medical appointments Building confidence and independence Developing positive relationships with family, friends, and support networks As every service is different, responsibilities and training requirements may vary between placements.
