Job Responsibility

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual care plans
  • Administering medication, preparing meals, cleaning, and completing documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the care sector, specifically supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work flexibly
  • Strong communication, time management, and IT skills
  • Caring, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Resilience and confidence in managing challenging behaviours
  • Team player mindset, with the ability to also work independently
