Job Description:

Juventas is looking for a Residential Support Worker to assist in the running of our Registered Children's Home based in Norwich. Juventas cares for looked-after children in residential and semi-independent supported accommodation so they can live a positive and meaningful life as they approach adulthood.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring that all children and young people have their needs met and are safeguarded from harm, neglect, abuse or exploitation
Responding to any childcare concerns appropriately
Ensuring that the building, equipment and furniture in the home is well maintained
Working effectively and co-ordinating with social workers, parents/guardians and other connected professional agencies

Requirements:

UK driving licence and ability to reliably commute to the home
Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (training may be offered)
