• Supporting emotional, social, and physical well-being of young people
• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people
• Provide individualised support and guidance
• Contribute to the overall running of the residential care home
• Championing the voices of children and young people, ensuring their opinions and wishes are central to all decisions regarding their care and support

• Experience in residential childcare (preferred)
• HNC/SVQ 3 qualification or working towards it
• Clean driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
