Job Responsibility

  • Supporting young people with daily living skills and encouraging independence
  • Building positive relationships that help learners feel safe and confident
  • Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, recreation, and community activities
  • Collaborating closely with on-site teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and families

Requirements

  • Right to Work: Eligibility to work in the UK is essential. (Please note: Visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this role)
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, in childcare, adult care, or personal experience with SEN is desirable but not essential. A caring attitude is key!
