Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a dedicated Children Support Worker to join our team in a rewarding role supporting children with complex needs. Job Responsibility:

Provide support and care to children and young people with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs in a residential setting
develop and implement individual support plans
assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living skills
create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
maintain accurate records and documentation of children's progress
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times

Requirements:

At least 6 months of paid experience as a support worker in a children's setting in the UK within the last 3 years
provide support and care to children and young people with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs in a residential setting
develop and implement individual support plans
assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living skills
create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
maintain accurate records and documentation of children's progress
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
