Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Home Location: Derbyshire Belper DE56 Shifts Available: Early: 07:00 - 14:00 Long Day: 07:00 - 22:00 Waking Night: 21:00 - 08:00 We are recruiting Residential Support Workers for a therapeutic, trauma-informed children's home supporting young people aged 15-16 years. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established service that provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where young people can recover from trauma, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support young people with their daily routines, education, emotional wellbeing and personal development while promoting stability, safety and positive relationships.
