Residential Support Administrator

• Plan and deliver a diverse programme of student enrichment activities including workshops, social events, and themed weeks
• Provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the student services team including scheduling meetings and maintaining records
• Assist with communications and keep the team informed
• Collaborate with staff across departments to boost student participation and wellbeing
• Help create a positive and inclusive environment for all
• Support safeguarding practises by attending training and staying informed about relevant policies
• Monitor student welfare and escalate concerns appropriately
• Work closely with internal teams such as estates, curriculum, and support services to ensure seamless delivery of events and initiatives

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and approachable attitude
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS required
