Job Responsibility

  • Process incoming and outgoing packages, messages, mail, groceries, flowers, luggage, and other resident items with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist residents with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, and grocery services based on resident instructions
  • Provide residents with information regarding residential services, events, amenities, and hotel offerings
  • Support homeowners in transporting items to and from private storage as requested
  • Deliver messages, packages, newspapers, and faxes to condominiums and assist with Residential Lobby operations, including answering phones at the Residence Concierge desk
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Residential Lobby and all common residential areas
  • Assist Residence Concierge, Management, and Public Area teams during absences or peak periods
  • Handle all resident interactions with exceptional professionalism, anticipating needs and resolving issues to prevent service disruptions
  • Communicate resident requests promptly to Residence Concierge for follow-up and task completion
  • Provide role coverage for colleagues during meal breaks or emergencies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Residential Services, Guest Services, or luxury hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command of English in verbal and written form
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using a variety of software and technology tools
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
