Provide a welcoming, professional, and discreet level of service to all residents and guests
Safely transport members and residents to and from designated locations while following all traffic laws and Four Seasons safety procedures
Communicate with residents regarding pickup times, destinations, preferences, and special service requests
Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, including delivering luggage to rooms, offering in-room orientation when needed, and retrieving luggage for departures
Make deliveries and pickups from residential units, including parcels, packages, amenities, and other guest needs
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of assigned vehicles, bell equipment, and storage areas
report any maintenance needs promptly
Greet all residents and guests passing through the lobby, offering assistance and anticipating needs
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, professionalism, and confidentiality
Perform errands for guests and the Residences that may require local travel off property
Restock Residential Assistant closets and supplies, particularly during overnight shifts
Deliver requested items such as newspapers, amenities, and other personalized needs during the overnight shift
Work harmoniously and professionally with concierge, valet, guest relations, and all Four Seasons colleagues
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage areas
Assist guests at the Concierge and Front Desk when needed
Support Door, Guest Relations, and Valet services during peak business levels or team member absences
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area
Experience in guest services, professional driving, or luxury hospitality
