In this role, you will be responsible for testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and properly repairing residential plumbing services while delivering a 5-star customer experience. This is a high-impact, performance-driven position with uncapped earning potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
  • Present multiple solution options and educate homeowners
  • Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and communication
  • Meet performance goals (average ~3 service calls/day)
  • Maintaining strong average ticket values
  • Rotating On-Call Schedule (~1 time/month)
  • Saturday Rotation (~1 time/month)
  • Common services include: Water heaters
  • Whole-home filtration systems (e.g., Halo systems)
  • Re-pipes
  • General residential service repairs

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of plumbing experience
  • Residential service experience required (not install-only)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present options and close service opportunities
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to have:

  • Journeyman or licensed plumber
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software
