Residential Service Cook

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for the adults in the service
• Follow IDDSI guidelines, ensuring food is prepared to the right consistency for each individual
• Create and maintain a recipe book that social care staff can follow in your absence
• Support social care staff and individuals to prepare meals and snacks in line with Food Safety
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and appliances to meet food safety regulations
• Create a weekly menu by involving the adults and ensuring the menu meets individual dietary requirements

• Experience in health and social care (not essential)
• At least 6 months of UK based work experience
• Enhanced DBS check (will be funded by employer if not held)
