Vacancy Details We are seeking an accomplished, driven, and highly professional individual to join our dynamic Residential Sales team as a Residential Sales Valuer. Operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role requires a confident valuer who thrives on delivering results while building and maintaining exceptional client relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving high standards and consistently delivering outstanding service. You will bring strong market knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage and grow key client relationships. Previous experience in residential property valuing is essential, and in-depth knowledge of the local area will be a significant advantage.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct market appraisals in our client’s homes, offering market leading professional advice
Advise potential clients on marketing strategies and tools available
Ability to build key relationships and follow up
Always ensure outstanding client care and service
Impeccable presentation at all times
Identify and follow up new business opportunities
Monitor and manage team performance as well as your own
Monitor and influence market share
Maintain a customer centric approach
Requirements:
Previous valuing experience is essential
Knowledge of the local residential property market
A proven track record of winning instructions
Strong communication skills – written and oral
Strong attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Proficient IT skills and knowledge of Office 365
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to influence others
Full clean driving licence
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
