Experience working in a lending or mortgage environment as a processor or closer strongly preferred
Minimum 3-5 year of title-related real estate experience strongly preferred

Job Responsibility

Review and clear commercial and residential property reports from our title vendors
Liaise and maintain an open line of communication with various departments, including Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution
Monitor pipeline and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
Resolve title issues, such as secured liens and/or judgments, unclear ownership of the property, and other related issues that prevent the clearing of title
Prepare affidavits and request payoffs
Ensure that all title issues are cleared in a timely manner and that documentation is valid and accurate
Obtain required documentation from the Processing department to satisfy conditions or clearance
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
