Job Description:

The purpose of this project is to source, view and negotiate the purchasing of properties across the Canterbury district inline with the guidelines of the project and budget restraints.

Job Responsibility:

To identify residential properties on the market that meet a given brief, with the aim of purchasing them
To build rapport with developers and estate agencies
To attend viewings and inspect properties against a brief
To negotiate prices to secure properties within budget
To liaise with internal teams to facilitate a smooth purchasing process, overseeing the property acquisition process through to completion

Requirements:

Understanding of the process for purchasing accommodation
Good negotiation skills
Excellent organisation skills
Able to work using own initiative
Demonstrable experience of partnership working
Previous project management experience
Experience inspecting properties
