Job Description:

The purpose of this project is to source, view and negotiate the purchasing of properties across the Canterbury district inline with the guidelines of the project and budget restraints.

Job Responsibility:

  • To identify residential properties on the market that meet a given brief, with the aim of purchasing them
  • To build rapport with developers and estate agencies
  • To attend viewings and inspect properties against a brief
  • To negotiate prices to secure properties within budget
  • To liaise with internal teams to facilitate a smooth purchasing process, overseeing the property acquisition process through to completion
