A Hampshire based law firm are looking for an experienced residential property Solicitor to join their team. Job Responsibility

  • Managing the full conveyancing process, from instruction to completion
  • Overseeing a personal caseload
  • Assisting with post-completion tasks when required
  • Engaging in business development, including networking and introducing new clients and third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining CQS standards

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential property
  • Experience with lease extensions and in managing a small team
  • Strong administrative, communication, and delegation skills
  • Ability to remain courteous under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
