An urgent requirement for a Residential Conveyancer at a top-rated regional law firm in Coventry. The role involves handling a varied caseload in residential property law and providing high-quality legal services. This is an opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a varied caseload that includes freehold, leasehold, Sales and Purchases from start to finish
  • Deliver high-quality legal services to clients, including high street and high net worth individuals.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months experience managing a varied caseload that includes freehold, leasehold, Sales and Purchases from start to finish
  • Ability to work in a supportive and friendly environment
  • Legal qualification such as Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer.
