Requirements:

  • At least 2 years solid residential property fee earning experience
  • Experienced conveyancing fee earners
  • CLC or legal executives with experience in residential property
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload in residential conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholder enfranchisement, buy-to-let, equity release, and shared ownership.
