Job Description:

My client is a top 200 law firm, seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor, newly qualified or with up to 5 years PQE, to join their thriving London office.

Job Responsibility:

Manage residential property transactions for a broad range of clients
Provide expert advice on key matters such as sales, purchases, and remortgages
Ensure full compliance with SRA and CQS regulations while maintaining the highest standards of client service
Actively engage in business development to foster and enhance client relationships

Requirements:

Experience in residential property law (NQ plus)
A keen eye for detail and strong client communication skills
The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
High proficiency with IT systems
A proactive approach to business development and growth
