Requirements:

Possess 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer
Demonstrate a strong understanding of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX (Chartered Legal Executive)
Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services in a residential property setting
Continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
