Proven experience in a variety of non-contentious property work, including building up your own caseload and developing a network of contacts and clients
Demonstrated ability to work to and meet targets, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and other professionals
A proactive approach to business development, with a keen interest in bringing in your own clients and contributing to the department's growth
Proficiency in using legal sector IT infrastructure systems and billing software
1-3 years' post-qualification experience in residential property law
Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
