Job Description:

A well-established high street law firm based in Richmond is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and longstanding property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience (PQE) to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage their own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of client care and service delivery
  • Assist with business development and networking in the local area

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Residential Property law
  • Solid experience handling a full residential caseload from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with relevant property law experience
