Job Description:

A respected law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE. The role involves handling varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseloads in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
Advising clients on freehold and leasehold transactions
Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers, and related documents
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
Maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and compliance

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential property law
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legislation
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
