Expertise in handling leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, including off-plan and new builds, auction sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release
Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals and prime property
Proficiency in drafting additional enquiries, amendments to contracts, transfers, and supplemental documents
Proven ability to liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties throughout transactions
Familiarity with matters relating to voluntary and statutory lease extensions, as well as transfers following death and relationship breakdowns
Qualified Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
