Requirements

Be a qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive with equivalent experience)
Have strong experience managing a full residential property caseload independently
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be confident working under pressure and to deadlines
Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised
Work effectively as part of a team and independently

Job Responsibility

Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
Advising clients on ID requirements, source of funds, gifted deposits and conducting risk assessments
Issuing contracts and reviewing documentation such as titles, leases, management packs and mortgage offers
Ordering, reviewing, and reporting on searches
Raising and responding to enquiries
Managing mortgage redemptions and progressing files through to exchange and completion
Liaising with clients and third parties in a confident, professional manner
Developing and maintaining relationships with referrers and clients
