Job Description:

A prominent Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their dynamic team. You will manage a high-quality caseload, with responsibilities that include managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
handling sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
conducting title checks and searches
preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents
ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

minimum of 3 years PQE
experience with residential conveyancing matters
experience with sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
experience with retirement properties, shared ownership, and equity release is advantageous

Nice to have:
